FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £20 within 
the United Kingdom. Orders under £20 are subject to a standard 
shipping fee of £2.99.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment 
confirmation. Standard tracked delivery typically arrives within 
3–5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during 
peak periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Bank Holidays.

TRACKED DELIVERY
All orders include tracked shipping. Once your order has been 
dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your 
tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

DISPATCH DAYS
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding 
UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays 
will be dispatched on the next available business day.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at 
checkout. Bowie is unable to take responsibility for orders 
delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your 
dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at 
support@bebowie.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier 
on your behalf.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Bowie ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. 
We do not currently offer international delivery.
